Wendy Wade

With over 16 years of experience in real estate and a strong background in legal administration, Wendy brings a wealth of expertise to Stone Real Estate.  She is thrilled to lead Stone Real Estate’s first office in Tasmania, offering a fresh, modern approach to the local real estate market.

Known for her exceptional, friendly customer service, Wendy understands the importance of clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, which allows her to build lasting relationships with both buyers and sellers.

A proud mother of three, Wendy has lived in the area for 28 years and is deeply engaged in her community.  Her involvement includes 12 years with the Parents & Friends and Fair Committee at St Aloysius Catholic College, as well as being a dedicated supporter of Kingborough Helping Hands and a member of Kingborough Council’s Disability Inclusion & Access Advisory Committee.  Wendy enjoys playing golf and is a member of the Kingston Beach Golf Club.
