Katrina Vitnell

Property Manager Katrina Vitnell brings to the table a high degree of care and attention to all things Property Management related, approaching every element of her role with honesty and enthusiasm. Asked what she’d most like to be known for in real estate and she’ll tell you excellent communication, dedication and persistence.

Katrina started her career in retail, spending several years as a multi-site manager which gave her intimate insight into customer service. Since then she’s held various positions within the local real estate industry including rental administration, property management and property officer in the student accommodation field – all roles in which she had the opportunity to learn, assist and teach, giving her a great grounding.

Katrina loves real estate for a multitude of reasons. She enjoys communicating with both landlords and tenants and thrives on being able to secure the best possible tenants for every property.

A lifelong Cessnock local, she’s passionate about all the wonderful things that the region has to offer – the proximity to city centres, major shopping hubs, magnificent beaches and Lake Macquarie – as well as its diversity.

Katrina feels that Stone has a modern take on real estate and was attracted to the great working environment and vibrant culture that the company is renowned for.
