Ayla has broad industry knowledge and finely honed organisational skills, having held numerous Executive Assistant positions in the residential, commercial and advisory sectors.

Ayla gets immense satisfaction from helping both vendors and buyers meet their unique property aspirations. She loves the fact that her job allows her to constantly meet new and inspiring people, with no two days ever the same, which keeps things interesting.

Playing an important role in ensuring that all sales and marketing campaigns run seamlessly, Ayla is delighted to lead this team and be part of the Stone Real Estate Illawarra family and work in such a supportive, progressive culture. As a proud local who’s actively involved in the community, she volunteers at both the Salvation Army and Ronald McDonald House.
