Melanie Gardner is a seasoned real estate operational executive blessed with a broad range of talents. Melanie manages a focused, process driven platform that enables excellence, and is a key factor in powering our growing Sales & Property Management teams. Additionally, she is also the friendly, warm and welcoming presence that first greets our customers to Stone Gymea.

Boasting an expansive skillset that includes knowledge within property sales, property management and accounts, Mel is uniquely equipped to tackle the operational rigours of her important role. In fact one of Mel’s greatest attributes is her ‘team-first’ attitude, which manifests in her commitment and passion for helping others within the Stone team to do great work. Her efforts are very much representative of our entire team’s commitment to establish Stone as the first choice for real estate services within our local community. For all these reasons, along with her genuine, caring nature and her traditional family values, Mel has swiftly become a respected member of our team. 

When not working Mel is a self-confessed ‘sports fanatic’, particularly when it comes to NRL, Tennis and Soccer, which she excelled at in her youth. A proud and doting Mum, Mel can regularly be found at matches riding the highs and lows that come with supporting St George Illawarra Dragons and Sydney FC each weekend.
