William Pendrick

William Pendrick is a dedicated leasing consultant at Stone Real Estate Greenwich. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with Honours from Western Sydney University. Before transitioning to real estate, William gained valuable experience in the construction industry with a tier-two construction company, where he excelled in managing subcontractors, performing contract administration duties, and conducting site inspections.

Recognising that his strengths lay in building relationships and managing people and tasks, William made the switch to real estate.

Outside of work, he is passionate about all sports, both as a participant and a spectator.
