Graeme joined Stone Real Estate in 2023, taking on the role of Chief Performance Officer. With a remarkable real estate career spanning over 30 years, Graeme is dedicated to empowering others to develop, grow and succeed in the industry.

Before his corporate journey, Graeme owned and operated four offices, earning a reputation for excellence with his office consistently ranked in the top 5 internationally. As a salesperson, he achieved the prestigious rank of the number one salesperson in Australasia.

In addition to his role as Chief Performance Officer, Graeme is also a shareholder and director of Stone Real Estate Port Macquarie. He successfully recruited a new team and opened this office in mid-2024.

Graeme’s decision to join Stone was driven by his alignment with the company’s culture and his vision for exciting growth opportunities for both offices and individuals.
