Before real estate, Elio managed Topgolf, Gold Coast, enhancing his leadership and customer service skills. He also coached AFL and assisted agents at LJ Hooker, gaining valuable industry insights.

Outside of work, Elio is passionate about AFL, fitness, and self-discipline. He enjoys going to the gym and coaching, always striving for personal growth and to help others, making him a valuable asset to the Stone team.
