Tanya’s previous role working in sales for a project home builder saw her dealing with contracts, council plans and tradespeople. This experience is invaluable when helping clients maintain and enhance their investment properties, ensuring happy tenants, optimum rental returns and maximum price for any possible future sale. She enjoys the challenge of renovations and improvements, providing astute advice so that clients can make informed decisions. 

Having travelled extensively, Tanya’s developed a love of experiencing new cultures, however she will always call Macarthur home. As a local of two decades who’s worked right across the region, she’s passionate about the area and all it has to offer, enjoying being out of the city yet still within reach of everything.
