An average day is spent leading his team of award-winning sales professionals, providing advice to his clients as well as crafting and implementing marketing campaigns for his sellers.

His extensive career spans all facets of real estate, from residential sales, commercial management and project marketing to house and land packages and development sites, gaining an understanding of local planning and zoning requirements along the way.

Russell is an Old Boy of St Gregory’s College and is proud to call Macarthur home along with his wife and confidant Sandra and their spoilt Chihuahua, Pablo. 

Russell’s proudest moment was when his daughter Courtney joined the team to work alongside him.

He loves playing his role in reshaping the area, introducing new families to the lifestyle and helping investors grow their portfolios with astute property purchases.
