A Licensed Real Estate Agent with more than three decades of property management experience to her name, Charmaine draws on her immense market knowledge to help landlords achieve their goals and assist tenants in finding their ideal home. In fact, her happiest achievements lie in helping house tenants that are new to the area. Having grown up locally and raised her own family here, she’s passionate about all that the region has to offer, from the wonderful homes to the Botanic Gardens and university.
