Annika Bongiorno, owner and Principal of Stone MacMahons Point, talks about what makes these suburbs so special, her favourite Sydney suburb and properties within these spots not to be missed on the market right now:

Stone McMahon’s Point sells properties in 7 suburbs that made the top 10 in Sydney’s most liveable suburbs! How many years have you been selling properties in these amazing areas for?

“We have been selling in these coveted suburbs for over 10 years!”

Wow! From your 10 years of experience, what makes them such great areas to live?

“The North Sydney Harbour foreshore is home to some of the most amazing real estate in the world. Coupled with this are the beautiful Harbour parks, foreshore walks, cafes, restaurants, shops, gorgeous villages, a great selection of schools -primary, public and private, every form of transport imaginable and with the back drop of the best harbour in the world. Not to mention you can also walk along the entire harbour foreshore from Lavender Bay to Wollstonecraft, and be in the city by train or ferry in 10 Minutes. It’s easy to understand why this is such a sought after lifestyle and location.”

Okay so they are all extremely liveable! But, which suburb is your favourite?

“We love each suburb for different reasons, however, there was a reason we chose to open our office in McMahons Point/Lavender Bay. It is such a beautiful village that literally hugs the harbour foreshore. It not only comprises amazing properties, it also offers a vibrant village and atmosphere with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and shops and has a really loyal, caring & friendly community. It also is extremely convenient with bus, train, ferry and soon to be metro all within walking distance. if you are feeling adventurous you can even walk into the CBD in under 30 minutes!”

What are the properties for sale in these suburbs that we should check out right now?

9 Webb St McMahons Point and 82/2 Crows Nest Rd Waverton are both great properties on the market at the minute”

What are the properties for rent in these suburbs that we should check out?

“I would have to say 9/1 East Crescent St, McMahons Point and 30 Victoria St McMahons Point

Thanks, Annika!
